CHOCAPIC® Cereal Bars
Homemade cereal bars packed with healthy goodness and the chocolatey crunch of CHOCAPIC® are perfect for a mid-morning (or any time of day!) snack for the kids.
Ingredients
150g Chocapic®
20g honey
20g agave syrup
50g puffed rice
20g oatmeal
20g sunflower seeds
20g sesame seeds
20g blanched almonds
20g dried cranberries
1 egg
4 tbsp canola oil
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C

Use a blender to reduce the Chocapic® to a fine powder, then add the agave and honey

In a large bowl combine the puffed rice, oatmeal, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, cranberries and almonds

Add the Chocapic® and honey mixture

Add the egg, lightly beaten, and stir to combine, then add the oil

Tip the mix into a square tin lined with baking parchment, pressing the mix down firmly

Bake for 10-15 minutes until set

Leave to cool before carefully lifting out of the tin and portioning into ten equal bars
