Cheerios® Tropical Banana Split
Bring a little drop of sunshine to your breakfast table with the ultimate tropical breakfast treat made with Multigrain Cheerios®.
Ingredients
2 bananas
1 passion fruit
50g Cheerios Multigrain Cereal
200g low fat greek yoghurt
1tbsp maple syrup
small tin of pineapple chunks
1tbsp flaked coconut

Peel the banana and split in half lengthways (if you don’t have banana split dishes then simply split the banana pieces between two side plates or whatever you have)

Mix the low fat greek yoghurt with all but a handful of the Cheerios and a half of the maple syrup

Spoon the yoghurt mixture carefully between the two pieces of banana on each place

Top the yoghurt with a few pineapple chunks, the scooped out flesh from the passion fruit, and the remainder of the Cheerios
