Bring a little taste of the Caribbean to breakfast or snack time - with this heady cocktail of tastes and textures made with Curiously Cinnamon® cereal.

Ingredients

250g Curiously Cinnamon cereal
1 cup dried banana chips
2 tbsp buttery baking spread
2 tbsp Honey
1 cup peanuts
1 cup raisins
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
4 cups popped popcorn
1 cup flaked coconut

Heat oven to 300°F.

In ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan, mix cereal, peanuts, raisins and banana chips.

Melt the buttery baking spread and heat the honey over low heat in a small pan

Stir in the cinnamon and pour over the Curiously Cinnamon cereal mixture, tossing until evenly coated.

Bake uncovered 10 minutes, stirring once. Keep a close eye, this mix can catch!

Stir in popcorn and coconut.

Once cooled, use your hands to break up the granola and store in an airtight container
