Ingredients

1 box 220g NESTLÉ Gold Honey Flakes, crushed
6 tbsp butter, melted
1 pack 125ml NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, chilled
½ bar cream cheese, diced and softened
1/3 cup NESTLÉ Carnation Condensada, chilled
1/3 cup NESTLÉ Carnation Evap, chilled
½ tsp annatto powder, dissolved in 2 tbsp of hot water (optional)

Mix NESTLÉ Gold Honey Flakes with melted butter. Divide into 2 portions, Press 1 portion tightly at the bottom of a tray lined with parchment paper. Set aside. Reserve the other portion for topping.

Whip NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream until stiff peaks. Whisk in cheese, NESTLÉ Carnation Condensada, NESTLÉ Carnation Evap and annatto extract. Spread on top of the tray and freeze overnight.

Press the remaining portion of NESTLÉ Gold Honey Flakes with melted butter. Freeze for another 1hr.

Remove from the tray and cut into serving pieces. Serve immediately.
