Welcome to our exclusive Q&A session with the incredible seven-time Paralympic Champion and wheelchair racer on the ParalympicsGB team, Hannah Cockroft OBE!
Hannah, originally from Halifax, Yorkshire, had a problematic birth which left her with multiple areas of brain damage and a collapsed lung. Despite these challenges, Hannah has achieved incredible things during her career so far.
Hannah made her senior debut for Great Britain at 18 years old. In 2012, she became a double Paralympic Champion at the London Paralympics Games, being dubbed ‘Hurricane Hannah’ by the British media. Since then, Hannah continues to add to her list of incredible achievements.
It’s now time for Hannah to turn her attention towards training for the Paralympic Games of Paris in 2024.
