Ingredients

100g Butter
1 Tablespoon Sugar
3 sticks Curry leaves
4 sticks Chopped Dried Red Chilli
60 Grams Egg, white, dried, powder, stabilized, glucose reduced
250 Grams Gold Corn Flakes

Preparation

In a large pan, melt the butter and add curry leaves, dried red chilli and sugar. Stir fry for about 2 minutes over medium heat.

Add instant salted egg powder. The mixture will turn frothy. Stir to mix everything.

Stir in Nestlé® GOLD Cornflakes. Make sure the sauce coats the cornflakes evenly.

Spread it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it cool until crispy.
