3. Breakfast muffins

Having an easy and delicious grab-and-go breakfast to take to work can be difficult, especially if you feel you are short on time in the morning to put something, tasty and delicious together. Breakfast muffins have been a popular breakfast since the 19th century, when muffin men walked the town streets at teatime, ringing their bells.

Making breakfast muffins at home yourself has never been easier, as long as you have apple sauce and multigrain CHEERIOS®, you are good to go! Our CHEERIOS® Apple Sauce muffins are delicious and are a great breakfast to take to work, for you to enjoy at your desk.

We suggest adding a drizzle of low-fat yoghurt atop your breakfast muffin or enjoying it alongside some fresh seasonal fruit – to add an extra bit of tastiness to your morning.

These colourful fruit jars aren’t just full of colour, but they are also brimming with tasty fruit and contain a little extra crunch of SHREDDIES® Original. It is simple to throw together and only contains 7 ingredients. Preheat your oven and in a large bowl combine chopped walnuts, GO FREE® Honey Nut Flakes or Plain Corn Flakes cereal and oats.
