Ingredients

100 g Multigrain Cheerios
300 g Plain Flour
125 g sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
300 g unsweetened apple sauce
70 ml semi-skimmed milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg

Spray bottoms only of 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.
