Ingredients

1¾ cup All-purposed Flour​ 
4 Tablespoons Corn Flour
2.4 Grams EVERYDAY Milk Powder
¾ cup Castor Sugar 
200g Butter 
1 tsp Vanilla Essence 
1 nos Egg Yolk 
3 cups Gold Corn Flakes

Preparation

Sift all-purpose flour, corn flour, & baking powder. Set aside.​

Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.​

Add egg yolk and vanilla essence and beat until well combined.​

Add in the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.​

Crush the cornflakes into smaller pieces.​

Spoon the dough into cornflakes and roll it into balls.​

Put on a baking tray with parchment paper and bake at 150°C for 20 minutes.​
